Reports to: Director of Property Management 
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite 
Compensation: Starts at $50,000 
Location: Omaha, NE

SUMMARY --
As a Property Coordinator, this team member will be in charge of maintaining the health and state of the portfolio by managing the physical condition of the properties. This key player will also be responsible for coordinating and executing the move-in and move-out process with residents and maintenance personnel. Furthermore, this specialist will be responsible for preparing, sending and executing renewals. The ideal candidate would possess a strong sense of pride and ownership in their work and the properties in the portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES --

  • Monitor the state of the shared spaces and exterior of the property, such as common areas, landscaping and curb appeal.
  • Assist and oversee all aspects of move-ins.
  • Guide residents through the move-out process and readies the unit for re-rental.
  • Prepare renewal options for existing residents

REQUIREMENTS --

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Possess strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Display exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities
  • Utilize critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-making
  • Efficiently manage time and balance multiple tasks
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
