Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18+ an hour

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials, including loading and unloading of trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to lift heavy objects, and excellent organizational skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and develop your skills in material handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
  • Drive company vehicle and move equipment or supplies from different job sites 
  • Operate other equipment to move materials.
  • Inspect materials for defects or damages.
  • Maintain records of material movement and inventory levels.
  • Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
  • Ensure that all material handling equipment is in good working condition.
  • Follow proper storage procedures for materials.
Qualifications: 
  • Must be 18 or older 
  • Must have proof of auto insurance 
  • Must have a valid driver's license 
  • Must have a clean driving record 
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds 
  • Must be able to stretch, move, and stand or sit for  long period of time 
  • Must be reliable 
  • Must have effective communication skills 
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM
